Plain water is the best drink in the morning. But if you need some drink to balance your sugar in the morning after night sleep take a fresh fruit juice. The fruit should be as fresh as possible and seasonal. Dr G L Moondra

Finding out the cause is the main agenda in this case. I would like you to please elaborate regarding it or consult an ayurvedic physician for the same.

Regarding applying oil you can go ahead with Coconut oil and a addition of turmeric powder.

Do take honey, lime with warm water in the morning on empty stomach. And followed by a brisk walk or run or warm up exercises or yoga for atleast 45 minutes. Then you can go ahead with your daily routine.

Avoid eating junk foods and go for alternatives like a bowl of fruits or veggies.

Hello Sir, The goodness of hair can be understood by three perspectives like-
1.Kesha sanjanana-that which helps in the origin of hair
2.Kehsha vardhana-that which promotes hair growth or which makes hair dense and thick
        3. Kesha ranjana – that which gives dark black color to the hair.

These are the Ayurvedic herbs for hair growth
        a. Vatama- Badam
        b. Kajutaki- Cashew nut
        c. Bhallataka beejamajja-Marking nut seed pulp
        d. Narikela -Coconut pulp/milk
        e. Jyotishmati – Celastrus paniculata
        f. Godhuma (Sprouted wheat or wheat bran oil) etc

For more on this kindly read this article: https://www.easyayurveda.com/2014/08/06/ayurvedic-hair-care-principles-herbs-oils-medicines/

      Dear Madam,

No one is sure of the exact cause, but hormones called androgens play a part. When you’re a teenager, androgens increase. This leads to changes in your skin that can result in clogged pores and acne. In women, hormone changes can be brought on by menstrual cycles, Pregnancy, menopause, or a condition called polycystic ovary syndrome.

If one of your parents had severe cystic acne, you have a greater chance of getting it.

Try these simple, but effective methods for naturally treating cystic acne at home:
      > Mix 1 – 2 tablespoons of baking soda and water to make a thin paste. Apply to the affected area. Leave for 15 – 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat 1 – 2 times daily until results are visible.
      > Use your fingers or a cotton swab to apply 5 – 10 drops of unrefined coconut oil to the affected area before going to sleep. Leave overnight and rinse in the morning. Repeat regularly until results are visible.
      > Squeeze the gel from a fresh aloe vera leaf or simply use aloe vera juice. Apply to the affected area and gently massage for 2 – 3 minutes. Leave for 3 – 5 minutes and rinse with water. Repeat daily for two days or until results are visible.
      > Apply 1 – 2 tablespoon of honey to the affected area. Leave for 10 – 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. Repeat regularly until results are visible.

      Some tips:
      > Drink at least 15 glasses of water daily to flush dangerous toxins from your body.
      > Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, particularly green leafy vegetables, to get the essential vitamins and nutrients that keep your body and skin healthy.
      > Reduce stress. Try meditation, yoga, deep breathing, and other related exercises.
      > Resist the temptation to squeeze acne cysts. This not only increases the chance of deeper infection, but also leaves scars.
      Medicines:
      > Maha manjisthadi qwath – 4tsp with equal amount of water empty stomach once a day
      > Arogya vardhini vati – 1 tab twice daily for 15 days before food.

Note: Any remedies suggested here must be tried on small patches to test for possible skin allergies and infection. A full-fledged application must only be tried after you have tested these against your skin allergies and reactions.

      Foods that cannot be eaten:
      • You will need to limit certain foods with high amounts of sodium, phosphorus and potassium
      • Sodium restriction: The foods high in sodium are usually processed, commercially-produced plant proteins.
      • Legumes, nuts and seeds will need to be limited
      • Fruits and vegetables are the primary source of potassium and may need to be limited

    Tips to increase height naturally:
    1. Proper sleep: Proper sleep and rest are absolutely essential for a growing body. It’s believed that the Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is produced naturally in our bodies during sound, deep and slow wave sleep.
    2. Indulging in sports like swimming, aerobics, tennis, cricket, football, basketball or a number of stretching exercises are a good way to keep our body growing. Our muscles improve our growth prospects besides cleansing and detoxifying our body through sweating. Regular exercise or sports should definitely form a part of our daily activities.
    3. 2 hours of daily swimming for 4-5 days a week can be highly effective in increasing your height.
    4. It is recommended to do simple stretching exercises on a regular basis
    5. Yoga brings about overall fitness which is useful to give a boost to your height. Certain yoga poses facilitate the release of growth-inducing hormones in the body. The stretching and balancing exercises involved in yoga strengthen the muscles and improve the posture of the body as well.
    6. A straight spine and a strong back are very vital in increasing your height. Align your neck and head without bending or slouching. Having a good pillow and a body-friendly mattress are equally important in keeping your spine comfortable
    7. Avoid saturated fats, carbonated drinks and excessive sugar-loaded foods as these can cause a negative impact on your height.
    8. Vitamin D and proteins help in triggering the growth hormones, and are required for proper growth of teeth and bones. Hence, the foods which are rich in these nutrients such as cheese, legumes, egg white should be included in your diet.
    9. Calcium found in dairy products and green vegetables is required for the growth and development of bones.
    10. Water detoxifies the body and cleanses it. It aids in the absorption of nutrients that help in height gain.
    Some medicines:
    1. 1tsp of Ashwagandha powder with warm milk and sugar to be taken everyday in the night for 15 days.

So would advice you to take a consult from an Ayurvedic Physician.

Dear sir, Would advise you take an expert opinion on this as He/She might be able to see the reports and prescribe medicines based on that. As we all are genetically different with different constitutions and patterns, we respond to treatments in many different ways. Hence Standard Ayurvedic Treatments are always individually formulated.

Sir, Hair fall is considered a problem of pitta dosha, you need to identify the bad eating habits that are contributing to the increase of pitta in your body.
Pitta is increased by excessive intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, meats and excessive smoking. Pitta is also aggravated by eating too much fried, oily, greasy, spicy, sour, and acidic foods.

Sir, the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C in a adult (men) is 90mg. And the amla juice contains 900mg of vitamin c per 100g of juice. So, you are taking considerably higher amount of the juice. Would advise you to limit the intake.

Here are some points you may have to take in consideration before taking the more of Amla:
•Taking too much vitamin C can cause diarrhea, nausea, and stomach cramps.
•Vitamin C dietary supplements can interact or interfere with medicines that you take.

      Hello Sir,
      1. As it is a vata dominant diseased condition veshtana (wrapping of cloth or crepe bandaging) gives symptomatic relief in aching pain, heaviness, numbness etc.
      2. Sira Vyadha (blood letting through venesection) is found to be effective in its management. Otherwise, leech therapy can be carried out near the lesion.

For more info about that you can read this article: https://www.easyayurveda.com/2015/02/17/varicose-veins-ayurvedic-treatment-herbs-home-remedies/

Hello Madam,The treatment of thyroid disease is not a speedy one and there is often a recurrence of symptoms, but these should gradually become less pronounced with proper diet control and appropriate remedies. Sensible exercise, rest and strict adherence to diet and drugs are essential for complete recovery.
Kindly consult a ayurvedic physician he/she might lay down the proper treatment plan for it.

Hello sir, Narasimha Rasayanam improves hair growth. However it is best to use this product under medical supervision. Self medication with this medicine is discouraged. It should be taken for atleast 2 months if you do not have high cholestrol you can use this.

It is very difficult for me to make a judgement. Here are a few general advice –
      1. Exercise or walking for at least 10 minutes per day.
      2. Avoid junk foods, excess fried foods, aerated drinks
      3. Avoid excess spicy foods.
      4. Include aloe vera juice or amla juice.
      5. Get regular checkup of BP and blood sugar levels.

      Jogging for 15 minutes

Hi, Do not worry about the heavy metals. The suggested medicines are suitable for your condition. The medicines will be gradually decreased. Please continue with the medicines as per your doctor’s advice.

She can take 1 tablet 2 times a day after food for 2 weeks time. It is not a substitute to allopathic medicines. She can take this alongside other medicines your doctor might have given.

Sir, I recently read of a gentleman who was cured of acute urinary retention by taking for 30 days Basanta Kusumaker Rasa 125mg tablet twice a day with water. Khanjanikari Bati tablet 65mg twice a day with water.
Also Varunadi Kwath 30 ml twice a day and daily abdominal massage with Mahanarayana oil. I am in similar
situation as I must use catheter if I have more than 2 ounces in my bladder. Please advise on this path.

Diabetes these days is related to stress . So the first step is to use any method from prayers , meditation ?‍♀️ to yoga for relaxation. Add more of millets to your diet & less of starches like rice & wheat.
