Iam female.age 22.my right nostril is blocking completely especially during night from one month. i consulted doctor he asked whether iam having sinus in past,i said no.he said that iam having low blood and deficiencies of vitamin c.he told me to eat leafy vegetables and gave 10 days course of medicines with a NASAL SPRAY.but i didnt get recovered completely. two days back i got cold and right nostril is blocked worstly.so i kept few drops of spray at night.when i woke up in the morning it blocked completely and iam unable to breathe so again i used few drops that cleared it somewhat.
Iam not able to understand whats exact problem .i dont have any other health issues.please tell the natural and best remedies to get out of this problem
