Contents in Serena Tablet are predominantly Katu, Tikta, Kashaya, Katu Vipaki, Laghu, Sara, Balya, Ayushya, Rasayana, Medhya, Mohanashaka, Nidrakara, and Matiprada. Brahmi and Jatamansi balances Ushna Virya of Parsika Yavani and Shankhapushpi. As combined they acts on all three Dosha and pacifies them, nourishes mainly Majja Dhatu and other Dhatu.
