Piperine in Pippali and Chavya is vasodilator, anti-inflammatory, analgesic. Stimulates removal metabolic wastes from site and promotes natural healing process. Chitraka has plumbagin which imparts the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory property to the herb which makes it useful for treating rheumatoid and osteo arthritis. Shunthi is prokinetic, reduces gastric emptying time also has anti-inflammatory, diuretic and analgesic property.

Vidanga is a powerful laxative that helps reduce edema , it also shows anthelmintic property that helps get rid of all kinds of worms and fungal infections. Patha is anti-inflammatory and anthelmintic in nature. The bioactive ingredients of Kutaja like holacetine, Concessidine and more are antimicrobial, it absorbs moisture hence very useful as an anti-diarrheal. It improves digestion. Ativisha is digestive, carminative, absorbent antipyretic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory.

Safeed Jeera is an immunomodulatory in nature , also helps in worm de-worming. Flexit Tablet is based on Classical preparation- Yograj Guggulu. The Major content of Flexit Tablet is Guggulu. Guggulu is Katu -Tikta- Kashaya Rasa, Katu Vipaka and Ushna Virya. Guggulu is Pichhil, Laghu, Sukshma and Ruksha. Guggulu pacifies Vata and Kapha. Has Gamitva to Meda and Rakta. Guggulu is recommended is Meha, Apachi, Bhagna, Vrana, vatarakta and Amavata. Shunthi, Maricha, Pippali, Gajapippali, Chavya, Chitraka, Pippalimool and Rajika are Ushna, Tikshna, Katu and Dipana- Pachana.

Recommended for Amapachana, Kapha Pachana, Vatanulomana. Patha, Indrayava, Ativisha, Bharangi, Murva are mostly Tikta Rasa, Kapha- Pitta Shamaka activity and useful in Amapachana. Hingu, Ajmoda, Shweta Jiraka, Krishna Jiraka are Vatanulomana, Dipana, Pachana, Ruchya. Amalaki, Bibhitak and Haritaki are Rasayana, Anulomana and Tridosha Shamaka. haritaki is Malanuomana and Vatanulomana.
