Rice is cooked. And the water that remains after cooking is good to consume. It is mentioned in Ayurveda. Will write about it soon.

Though I know that remedies suggested by ayurveda take longer to show results and they heal our body from root.
Yet,I want to ask in how many days can I expect to see some results after regular consumption of tandulodaka?
